Aquatic Fitness
Make a splash.
Aquatic fitness classes are a great way to get in shape and have fun at the same time! The buoyancy in the water makes it easier on the body and provides support for people with weakness, balance problems or joint pain. Additionally, the water slows movement and provides resistance, making aquatic exercise a great overall workout.
Some benefits of aquatic exercise include experiencing a joint-friendly aerobic activity, becoming more physically fit, decreasing your risk of illness or rehabbing from injury and illness, building relationships with other gym members, and unwinding and having fun!
So why not give it a try? You might be surprised at how much you enjoy it!
