Update on the YMCA of Topeka facility
TOPEKA, KS (August 28, 2024) — On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, the Shawnee County District Court granted CoreFirst Bank and Trust declaratory judgment to sell the facilities at 3635 SW Chelsea Drive to the YMCA of Topeka. The decision is one step toward acquiring the building. It will take some time to work through all necessary steps before closing. In the interim, the YMCA of Topeka will continue normal operations, services, and programs to support our community.
